BTTF DeLorean Mod

Mission

Transform a low Raijintek platform into a recognisable DeLorean time-machine PC with gull-wing hardware presentation, a working date display and a complete liquid-cooling system.

Mission report

BTTF DeLorean Mod began with a low horizontal Raijintek enclosure whose proportions offered the right foundation for a DeLorean-inspired silhouette. MP-Customized replaced the anonymous front with layered black slats, a silver surround, raised DMC lettering and an illuminated acrylic date display that recalls the time circuits. Above it, two transparent hinged structures lift the graphics hardware into a gull-wing stance while retaining support and cooling. The lower chamber was reorganised around an ASUS and Intel platform with G.Skill memory, Lexar storage and a Seasonic power supply. A clear reservoir assembly, polished Bitspower fittings and chrome hardlines turn the liquid-cooling route into a visible mechanical feature, while white sleeved cabling and controlled red light connect both halves of the build. Lamptron joins Raijintek, ASUS, Intel, G.Skill, Lexar, Bitspower and Seasonic in the 2026 collaboration. The archive follows the original chassis, display development, water-loop assembly and completed opening presentation. This fan-theme collaboration is not presented as an official Back to the Future or DeLorean partnership.
